UNIQUE HOME:
Unlike condos from a super large management company this unit is tricked out with lots of extras. For example you get a key to the owners secret Goodie Room, you can increase occupancy up to 10 guests and you even receive discounts and promotions. Click on images to see the floor plan.

Kauai is called the Garden Isle and this home will tell you why. From the large living room you walk out to a spacious lanai surrounded by over sized tropical vegetation and emerald green grass and a resort is choked with lush foliage. Just a short stroll to the famous Poipu and Brennecke's beach. Or go the other direction to Shipwreck beach adjacent to the super luxurious Hyatt hote. This condo is a garden paradise in the sun.

FULLY FURNISHED:
Inside Poipu Place is fully furnished and filled with teak furniture, polynesian accents and even a four poster bed - just like the original Hawaiian Missionaries brought with them from New England 200 years ago.

There are 3 Bedrooms (one a master suite), a nice 2nd bedroom and a large 3rd bedroom on the second floor that has two sets of bunk beds in which the bottom bed is full sized. This room can sleep six people.

The living room is full of over stuffer furniture, large TV, stereo and a wonderful art collection including a dozen antique ukuleles. Just out the patio doors is a good sized lanai with sling type patio furniture that leads right out to the garden like setting. The bougnavilla bloom year round and the barbecue is at your finger tips.

KITCHEN:
Poipu Place has a full kitchen, of course, with the major appliances like oven, stove, refrigerator and microwave but also including blender, toaster, coffee maker and even a waffle maker. Lots of plateware and flatware along with pots and pans, cutting knives and utensils.

RESORT PRIVILEDGES:
The resort has seven pools and you can use the central Poipu Kai Resort pool and hot tub (next to the tennis courts) as well as the often photographed Manualoha pool that overlooks Brennecek Beach. Guests get access to resort features.

There is parking available right outside the door so coming and going is easy. You can stroll up or down the greenbelt to reach beaches in either direction or just across to the tennis and pool. The green areas are impressive and green. A great place to do that nightly walk.

GOODIE ROOM:.
This condo is most famous for the large Goodie Room that is accessed just outside the front door. It holds bikes, snorkel gear, basketball, tennis rackets and boogie boards. We provide beach chairs and a cooler. There is even a bike rack for the car if you want to ride down Waimea Canyon highway.
